Two vehicles sit in a sunken section of the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center aptly named Boatman Road during Vibrant Response 13-2, Aug. 12. The sunken houses were not originally on the site and were added to create the flooded section of city. "We are going on close to 100 additional structures that we have built," said Sgt. 1st Class Brad Staggs, MUTC public affairs officer and a soldier with the Indiana National Guard out of Indianapolis.
