Col. Walter Colbert, commander of Indiana's 3-19th Agricultural Development Team addresses Indiana state leaders, his service members and their loved ones during the unit's Afghanistan departure ceremony held Sept. 25 at Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center in central Indiana. "Our mission will take us outside the wire, out amongst the general population, and into harm’s way," said Colbert. "I entered into a personal, professional contract with each soldier, airmen and, with each one of their loved ones, to ensure that every deploying soldier has all the training necessary to ensure they are properly equipped to accomplish their mission. I have kept that promise."
