Spc. Nathan Martin, infantryman from Burlington, Ind., hugs his father a final goodbye before deploying to Afghanistan at the 3-19th Agricultural Development Team's departure ceremony Sept. 25 at Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center in central Indiana. Martin is a driver in Security Force Platoon. He will provide security for a group of highly specialized and unique group of Indiana National Guard soldiers and airmen. Their mission is to train rural regions of Afghanistan in 21st century farming techniques and increase stability in the nation's infrastructure.
