Vice Adm. Robin Braun, chief of Navy Reserve and commander, Navy Reserve Force, thanks Hull Maintenance Technician 2nd Class Ryan Cotter, from Westlake Village, Calif., for his service to Afghanistan. Cotter with his child, Lucky, age 3, attended the Deployment Readiness Training hosted by Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Ventura County. The event was for more than 1,100 sailors and family members to thank the Returning Warriors and provide information to sailors and their families facing future deployments.
