Vice Adm. Robin Braun, chief of Navy Reserve and commander, Navy Reserve Force, laughingly defers questions concerning unmanned aerial vehicles to Lt. Jeff Rajhel, Fleet Logistic Support 55, a subject matter expert on the UAVs. It began as a simple question that developed into a short lesson on the UAVs.
