Builder 1st Class Fidel Tapia, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 28 works with interpreter Aarash Habibi, Tatitlek contractor, to diffuse the tension raising in the civilian crowd that approached the gate. . More than more 1,000 Seabees, assigned to NMCB 25 and 28, were tested and evaluated by Naval Construction Group ONE (NCG 1) while training in “full mission profile” field exercises with contractors from Tatitlek, a realistic pre-deployment training and role-playing service.
