Command Sgt. Maj. Richard D. Raby (right), of Okmulgee, Okla., passes the unit colors of the 120th Engineer Battalion to outgoing commander Col. Jackie R. Ritter, of Tulsa, Okla., during the unit's change of command ceremony on Sunday, Sept. 15. The passing of the unit colors is a time-honored tradition within the Army to signify that the outgoing unit commander has passed on the command of the unit to the incoming commander. Lt. Col. Mark W. Clifton, of Edmond, Okla., assumed command of the engineer battalion.
