Clifton (right), 120th Engineer Battalion commander, the Legion of Merit following a change of command ceremony on Sunday, Sept. 15, where Clifton assumed command of the battalion. The Legion of Merit is the armed forces' sixth-highest award, and was awarded to Clifton for "exceptionally meritorious service as the deputy director of installation management for the Oklahoma Army National Guard."
