    KARACHI, Pakistan: Sailors from USS Cleveland (LPD-7), offload a potable water tank onto the pier Oct. 27, 2005. The tank was provided by Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, which is forward deployed to Bahrain, and will be used to assist earthquake victims in the northern part of the country. The USS Cleveland offloaded 280 tons of supplies to support the multinational relief effort, including 37 pieces of heavy machinery, food from France and tents, cots and blankets from Egypt. The United States is participating in a multi-national assistance and
