KIRKUK, Iraq (Nov. 23, 2005) -- Private Brian Brown, 2nd Squad, 2nd Platoon, Company C, 2nd Battalion, 327th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division, Fort Campbell, Ky., works with the aid of an interpreter to determine the validity of an identification card. First BCT Soldiers worked with members of an Iraqi Army company to set up a Traffic Control Point in Kirkuk, Iraq. The Phoenix, Az., native pulled security and assisted with vehicle searches at the control point.
