Maj. Gen. Gill Beck, commanding general of the 81st Regional Support Command, and a young member of the community gets a tour from Staff Sgt. Bryan Hanlon of the 824th Transportation Company (Heavy Watercraft) in Morehead City, N.C., on May 3. The 824th had a ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly reconstructed pier that had been destroyed in 2011 by Hurricane Irene. After the ceremony the Soldiers in the unit gave tours of the boat. Here, Hanlon gives a brief overview of a U.S. Army vessel.
