Royal Canadian Navy Leading Seaman Josh Oldford, Fleet Diving Atlantic out of Halifax, instructs members of partner nations' maritime diving teams in familiarizing themselves when in the water. Oldford worked with members from Jamaican Defence Force Coast Guard, St. Kitts Nevis Coast Guard, St. Vincent and the Grenadines Coast Guard, Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force Coast Guard on June 2 as part of Tradewinds 2014. Tradewinds is a joint, combined, exercise conducted in conjunction with partner nations to enhance the collective abilities of defense forces and constabularies to counter transnational organized crime and to conduct humanitarian/disaster relief operations.
