Toshihisa Takata addresses an audience July 15 on Marine Corps Air Station Futenma during Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 152’s take off ceremony. “I’d like to express my gratitude for your continuous engagement with strengthening the Japan-U.S. alliance as well as all your constructive efforts and initiatives to further the relationships with your host communities,” said Takata.
