Kevin Warrell, the non-commissioned officer-in-charge of QRF Task Force Bravo, before moving out to quell a mock civil disturbance at the Juan F. Luis Hospital on St. Croix during Operation Forward Guardian II, June 6. The St. Thomas QRF is composed of members from various units in the 786th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion.
