Pfc. Luis Polanco, a water purification specialist from the 630th Quartermaster Detachment, monitors a water buffalo as it is filled with potable water for personnel use at Camp Phoenix during Operation Forward Guardian II on St. Croix, June 7. The 610th Quartermaster Company worked in conjunction with the 630th QM Det. to provide water to approximately 200 Virgin Islands National Guard members and Indiana Army Reserve Soldiers everyday during the five-day exercise.
