Members of the Quick Reaction Force, Virgin Islands National Guard take a break in place during maneuvers and formations training sessions at the Estate Bethlehem Military Compound on the island of St. Croix, June 7. The QRF was activated during Operation Forward Guardian II, a disaster relief field exercise where certain scenarios called for QRF involvement in crowd control.
