Sailors assigned to the amphibious command ship USS Blue Ridge and embarked U.S. 7th Fleet staff assist members of the Philippine navy as well as members of the local community transfer and lay a foundation of concrete on the second floor of a multi-tenant unit for poor families during a community service project. Blue Ridge serves under Commander, Expeditionary Strike Group 7/Task Force 76, the Navy's only forward deployed amphibious force.
