Petty Officer 1st Class Paul Arboleda, assignedto the amphibious command ship USS Blue Ridge, reenlists as Vice Adm. Ferdinand S. Golez, flag officer in command of the Philippine Navy, recites the oath of enlistment. Friends, family, and shipmates attended Arboleda's reenlistment as well as Commander, U.S. 7th Fleet and Blue Ridge's commanding officer. Blue Ridge serves under Commander, Expeditionary Strike Group 7/Task Force 76, the Navy's only forward deployed amphibious force.
