Naval History and Heritage Command Detachment Boston ship restorer Jay Flanagan coats the uppermost portion of USS Constitution main mast with a second coat of paint. Restoration to Old Ironsides' hull, masts and main deck are part of a million overhaul, scheduled for completion by 2011. USS Constitution is at 211 years old the oldest commissioned warship afloat in the world, manned by more than 70 active duty U.S. Navy Sailors, and visited by nearly half a million tourists annually.
