After being positioned into a vantage point by his team leader, Pvt. Jordyn T. Locasalesingleton from 2nd Platoon, Alpha Company, 2nd Battalion. 12th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, pulls security during a brief halt in movement during Exercise Combined Resolve III, Grafenwoehr, Germany, Nov. 17, 2014. While on patrol, every Soldier must scan the area for enemy activity and every team and squad leader must quickly assess where troops should be placed based on their weapon system and terrain.
