First Sgt. Cynthia Moody and Sgt. 1st Class Dionicio Napier, respectively of Headquarters and Headquarters Company and 1st Battalion, 9th Field Artillery Regiment, both units subordinate of the 2nd ABCT, were recognized for their many years of service.
