Col. Scott Jackson, commander of the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team “Spartans,” 3rd Infantry Division, awards 1st Sgt. Cynthia Moody, formerly of the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2nd ABCT, with the Legion of Merit award for all that she has done in her 27 years of service during the 3rd ID’s Retirement Ceremony held here at Club Stewart, Jan. 30.
