Col. Scott Jackson, commander of the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team “Spartans,” 3rd Infantry Division, awards Sgt. 1st Class Dionicio Napier, formerly of the 1st Battalion, 9th Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd ABCT, with the Legion of Merit award for all that he has done in his 24 years of service during the 3rd ID’s Retirement Ceremony held here at Club Stewart, Jan. 30.
