Marines with the Company E, Battalion Landing Team prepare to rush combat town Dec. 10 where Company C, 3rd Law Enforcement Battalion defended the town in the Central Training Area. The offensive forces were inserted near the town by helicopter. They split up into squads, securing the perimeter before attacking. The Marines quickly took over the town and started searching for intelligence for further missions. The Marines are with the Company E, Battalion Landing Team, 2nd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment currently assigned to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl.
