Maj. Gen. David A. Morris, the commanding general of U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command reflects on the history of the 82nd and 101st Airborne Divisions, and the role they played in the liberation of Ste. Mere Eglise, France, the first city in France to be liberated on June 6, 1944. Morris was one of the keynote speakers at the Airborne Museum, June 6, 2009.
