Gabriel Rodriguez Ruiz, stand watch in the combat information center aboard SNMG2 flagship USS Vicksburg (CG 69), observing and coordinating battle group actions during submarine hunting operations as part of exercise Dynamic Mongoose. Dynamic Mongoose is an annual anti-submarine warfare (ASW) exercise hosted by NATO Submarine Command aimed at enhancing ASW ability and techniques. Submarines from Germany, Norway, Sweden, and the United States are participating with surface ships from Canada, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States to participate in the exercise.
