The aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan steams alongside the fast combat-support ship USNS Rainier through the Gulf of Oman prior to a replenishment at sea evolution. USNS Rainier provides fuel, food, ordnance, spare parts, mail and other supplies during RAS. Ronald Reagan is currently deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
