An MH-60S Knighthawk assigned to the "Black Jacks" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 21, flies over the fast combat support ship USNS Rainier during a replenishment at sea evolution with the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. RAS is conducted to supply underway ships with food, cargo and supplies without pulling into port. Ronald Reagan is currently deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations. Operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations are focused on reassuring regional partners of the United States' commitment to security, which promotes stability and global prosperity.
