U.S. Army Soldiers demonstrate how to use a tourniquet to members of the Djiboutian Armed Forces (FAD) in Djibouti City, Djibouti, May 5, 2015. Soldiers from the 47th Transportation Company, 142nd Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 1st Armored Division Sustainment Brigade; the 123rd Brigade Support Battalion, 3rd Brigade, 1st Armored Division; and U.S. Navy Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 14 conducted counter-improvised explosive device, medical, and heavy equipment training with the FAD.
