Umar Hayat at Naval Support Activity Bahrain, May 8. Pakistan is the first regional country to take command of Combined Task Force 150. The task force conducts Maritime Security Operations (MSO) in the Arabian Sea, Gulf of Oman, Gulf of Aden, Indian Ocean, and the Red Sea. MSO help set the conditions for security and stability in the maritime environment, as well as complement the counter-terrorism and security efforts of regional nations.
