A Soldier of Fredericksburg-based 116th Special Troops Battalion, 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Virginia Army National Guard provides security for the brigade tactical operations center June 13, 2015, at Fort Drum, N.Y. The Soldiers were being evaluated on their base defense operations during the Multi-echelon Integrated Brigade Training overseen by First Army Division East, a division responsible for training Reserve and National Guard troops ahead of their ready year.
