Children of the Romanian oina players lead a processional at the opening ceremony of The International Festival of Traditional Sports Related to Oina in Techirghiol, a seaside village south of Constanta, Romania, Aug. 4. Members of the local communities supported the event and U.S. servicemembers of Joint Task Force-East formed a team to show their support of the teams participating in the festival.
