U.S. Army Pfc. Helms Velez-Martinez swings at an oina ball and sends it blazing down the field during a match in Techirghiol, a village south of Constanta, Romania, Aug. 4. After the game, The International Festival of Traditional Sports Related to Oina organizers provided a city tour of Constanta, complementary passes to a water park and a traditional Romanian dinner with folk dancers for all the participants to socialize and learn more about the cultures represented.
