Campbell Township Elementary School at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Butlerville,, Ind., served as the testing site for active shooter detection systems for the 2015 Air Force Research Laboratory Commanders Challenge, June 15-19, 2015. For this year’s challenge each team was given six months to bring their individual systems to manage active shooter threats from concept into an operational system which could be demonstrated for leaders from various commands across the Air Force and judges.
