Observers watch as members of the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, 2015 Air Force Research Laboratory Commanders Challenge Team monitor their systems during an active shooter scenario June 18 at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Butlerville, Ind.
