Heriberto Sanchez, the group's radar chief, with setting up the Army Navy/Transportable Navigational Aid Air Traffic Navigation, Intergration and Coordination System. This system enhances the air capabilities of MAG-40 by providing aerial support to the ground units of MEB-Afghanistan.
