Black. Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus officially released the name of DDG 119, which is the first U.S Navy ship to be named after a Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy, and honors the legacy of service of the Navy's first MCPON, Delbert D.
