An elderly Ugandan woman arrives at Pajimo Clinic in rural Uganda to be treated by a team of U.S. Army Reserve, U.S. Navy, Ugandan and Tanzanian medical providers. Many people walked as many as 14 miles to visit the clinic, set up as part of U.S. Army Africa's Natural Fire exercise, a partnership between the United States, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi.
