(Sep. 16, 2015) Chief Aviation Electronics Technician Adam Arnstein, assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68), receives his anchors from his wife Effa, during Nimitz’ chief pinning ceremony held at Naval Base Kitsap-Bremerton.
