(Sept. 16, 2015) Chief Boatswain’s Mate William Sanchez, the youngest member of USS Constitution’s Cheifs’ Mess, and Chief Boatswain’s Mate Allan Hawthorn, the oldest chief at Old Ironsides, ceremoniously cuts cake after the chief pinning ceremony held aboard Constitution.
