Seabees assigned to Beach Party Team 3 assist the crew of Landing Craft Utility 1645 with the embarkation of equipment from the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit for transportation to the amphibious assault ship USS Nassau (LHA 4). The ship, LCU crew and Marines are participating in Composite Unit Training Exercise, an exercise designed to provide realistic training environments for U.S. naval forces that closely replicate the operational challenges routinely encountered during military operations worldwide.
