Staff Sgt. Melissa Lubiw, native of Pittsburg, Pa., assigned to the 655th Concrete Team, 19th Engineer Battalion, and Seaman Clint Colquit, equipment operator constructionman, native of Cleveland, Texas, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, Alfa Company, water a dirt foundation pad operating a 2,000 gallon water truck at the Camp Leatherneck Expansion project. Water must be added to the pad to assist in the compaction process. The pad will be used as a foundation for a Tactical Operations Center at Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74's new camp in the expansion area.
