    Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74

    Staff Sgt. Melissa Lubiw, native of Pittsburg, Pa., assigned to the 655th Concrete Team, 19th Engineer Battalion, and Seaman Clint Colquit, equipment operator constructionman, native of Cleveland, Texas, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, Alfa Company, waters a dirt pad operating a 2,000 gallon water truck, while Petty Officer 3rd Class Spencer Reynolds, equipment operator, native of Fairport, N. Y., assigned to NMCB 74, Alfa Company, compacts a dirt pad at the Camp Leatherneck Expansion project. The pads will be used as foundations for NMCB 74's command Tactical Operations Center at the battalion's new camp in the expansion area.
