Lt. Gen. Benjamin Mixon, commanding general of U.S. Army Pacific, greets Master Sgt. Robert Laro, an enlisted supply leader at Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines. Mixon was in the Philippines on a three-day command trip, visiting with nearly 20 Soldiers from USARPAC, U.S. Embassy officials and Armed Forces of the Philippines counterparts.
