Lt. Gen. Benjamin Mixon, commanding general of the U.S. Army Pacific, talks in the chow hall with members of Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines during a three-day command visit to the Philippines. During Mixon's time here, he met with about 20 Soldiers originally from USARPAC, U.S. Embassy officials and Armed Forces of the Philippines counterparts. Service members at JSOTF-P are temporarily deployed to the Philippines, supporting the AFP countering terrorism and assisting with humanitarian and construction projects.
