U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Benjamin Mixon, commanding general U.S. Army Pacific, greets staff members from the armed forces of the Philippines Western Mindanao Command. Mixon was on a three-day visit to the Philippines, meeting with AFP officials, U.S. Embassy representatives and about 20 Soldiers assigned to Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines from USARPAC.
