Armed forces of the Philippines Lt. Gen. Benjamin Dolorfino, commander Western Mindanao Command, greets U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Benjamin Mixon, commanding general of U.S. Army Pacific during a visit to the WESTMINCOM headquarters. Mixon was in the Philippines for three days, visiting with AFP counterparts, U.S. Embassy representatives and about 20 Soldiers from Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines who are originally assigned to USARPAC.
