U.S. Army Soldiers from 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment; 160th Special Operations Aviation Regt.; and 1st Special Forces Group, wait to conduct a parachute jump as part of a comprehensive test phase of an onsite jumpmaster training program, at Joint Base Lewis McChord, April 13. Instructors for the U.S. Military's Jumpmaster School, based at Fort Benning, Ga., arrived at JBLM last week to train the more than 60 special operations students on techniques and procedures necessary to become a jumpmaster. Onsite training programs, like this one, are responsible for saving the Department of Defense millions of dollars every year.
