ORMOC, Philippines - Members of the Philippine Army demonstrate the Heimlich Maneuver during a Basic Medical First Responder’s Course at the Ormoc District Hospital in Ormoc, Philippines, on July 6, 2016. The course was part of a three-day comprehensive health engagement designed to provide non-medics with the knowledge to respond to incidents within the community.
