ORMOC, Philippines – Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines demonstrate proper carries during a Basic Medical First Responder’s Course at the Ormoc District Hospital, Ormoc, Republic of the Philippines, July 6, 2016. The course was part of a three-day comprehensive health engagement between the U.S. and the Philippines designed to provide non-medics with the knowledge to respond to incidents within the community. Attendees included members of the AFP, Philippine National Police, City Health Officials, Ormoc City Rescue and Ormoc District Hospital staff.
